Overview
Items MUST be checked within 48 hours of the receipt of goods.
We understand that this might be difficult if your job is delayed and you don’t require the items straight away or if you are busy and you simply store it in your shed until you need it. We hope that you, too, understand that we have people contact us to get a refund on damaged items that have clearly been damaged on site (tools being dropped on them, products are dragged across construction sites, products are dropped, inexperienced tradespeople sometimes cut items in the wrong area or scratch the tap finishes and the list goes on!) so in order to be 100% sure that the damage is our responsibility we need to be advised straight away. If you choose to store your products without checking them please understand that we will see this as acceptance that the goods have arrived in perfect condition.
If you change your mind after receiving a new bathroom product, contact us at info@ipbathrooms.com.au within 14 days of delivery to exchange it for a similar product or return it for credit toward your next purchase.
Credits and exchanges are for the full value of the returned goods only and do not include the cost of postage/freight unless an item is faulty/defective in which case we will pay for postage/freight. You can only exchange for change of mind once for any given order (i.e. you can’t decide to change your mind on the replacement product and get another replacement or return for credit). We comply with every aspect of Australian Consumer Law, of course, so if an item is faulty we will always rectify this for you. Change of mind does not apply to goods that have been installed or used. Items must be in perfect condition to be eligible for a change of mind credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (Up to 50% re-stocking fee may apply or at store’s discretion):
- Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is ordered incorrectly.
- Customer changes his/her mind, and shipping freight occurred.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Credit of refunds
Full store credits can be offered if the Customer wants to exchange an item in 30 days from delivery/dispatch date and meets all of the above terms, valid for 12 months.
Store credits are non-transferable. Proof of identity is required upon use. A store credit may not be redeemed for cash.
Clearance/Discontinued items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Clearance/Discontinued items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ipbathrooms.com.au and send your item to 2/1 Power Rd, Bayswater VIC 3153
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to 2/1 Power Rd, Bayswater VIC 3153
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
